Roast Beef In Turmeric Leaf Recipe

Ingredients :
300 g
tablespoons
beef, cut into large pieces 5 cm thick
turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
turmeric leaves
Method :
Mix the beef thoroughly with salt, pepper and turmeric powder. Wrap each piece of meat in a turmeric leaf, roll tightly and tie with a piece of string. Roast the beef in a medium oven, turning the pieces of beef so that both sides are cooked.
Serves 4-6
