Vegetable Dalca Recipe

Ingredients :

200 gm
1/2 cup
2 tablespoons
margarine
onions, pounded
chicken stock cube, dissolve in a little water
round brinjals (sliced)
carrots (sliced)
potatoes (sliced)
tomatoes (sliced)
capsicums (sliced)
lentil, soaked
thick coconut milk
tamarind juice
salt and sugar to taste
Method :
Heat margarine. Fry onions until fragrant. Add chicken stock and stir well. Add all the vegetables and mix thoroughly. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Finally, add coconut milk and tamarind juice. Continue to stir and bring to boil. Season to taste and serve.
Serves 3-4
