Spinach With Sesame Recipe

Ingredients :
11/2 tablespoons
450 g
11/2 tablespoons

1 teaspoon
oyster sauce
young spinach leaves
vegetable oil
cloves garlic, thinly sliced
sesame oil
toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
Method :
Mix oyster sauce with 1 tablespoon boiling water. Set aside. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Quickly add spinach and return to the boil for 30 seconds. Drain very well. Transfer spinach to a warm serving dish. Trickle oyster sauce mixture over spinach. Keep warm. Meanwhile, in a wok or small frying pan heat oil. Add garlic and fry until just turning golden. Scatter over spinach and trickle a little sesame oil over. Scatter sesame seeds on top and serve.
Serves 4 as a side dish.
